1 liter of warm water

1 teaspoon of fresh brewer’s yeast (or half a teaspoon of dry yeast)

Procedure:

Dissolve the yeast (and sugar, if using) in the warm water.

Mix well until you get a smooth liquid.

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
