Our best ever spaghetti bolognese recipe

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning: Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers, the better the flavors will meld. You can simmer for up to an hour for richer flavor.

Cook the Spaghetti: About 10 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce, or serve the sauce over the spaghetti. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Tips:
For extra depth of flavor, you can add a splash of red wine to the sauce after browning the meat.
This dish is perfect for meal prep and freezes well!
Feel free to add other vegetables, like bell peppers or mushrooms, to the sauce.
Enjoy your delicious spaghetti Bolognese!
