My grandma’s trick: never throw away onion skins again

Ingredients:
Peels of 4–6 onions (red or yellow, well washed and dry)
Optional: a little salt or dried herbs for more flavor

Preparation:
1. Peel the onions, wash the skins thoroughly, and let them dry completely. (Ideally, leave them on a kitchen towel for a day to ensure no residual moisture remains.)
