Yield: About 4 cups (32 oz) – enough for 2-3 gift bottles
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Shelf Life: Up to 2 months, refrigerated

🍫 Ingredients
1 cup Irish Whiskey (Jameson is perfect)

1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup

1 tablespoon Instant Espresso Powder or Instant Coffee

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Almond Extract (optional, for depth)

¼ teaspoon Coconut Extract (optional, for an authentic note)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Combine the Base: In a blender, combine the Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Blend on medium speed for about 10-15 seconds until smooth.

Add Flavors: Add the chocolate syrup, instant espresso powder, vanilla extract, and the optional almond and coconut extracts.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and the coffee granules have fully dissolved.

Taste and Adjust: Give it a taste! You can add an extra splash of whiskey, a bit more chocolate syrup for sweetness, or another pinch of espresso powder for a stronger coffee flavor. Blend again to combine.

Bottle and Store: Using a funnel, pour the Irish cream into clean, decorative glass bottles or mason jars. Seal tightly and refrigerate immediately.

Important Note: Always shake the bottle well before each use, as natural separation is normal.
