Instructions:

Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels—this is the secret to crispy skin. Place them on the baking sheet.
Season: Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and rub it over all sides. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning blend over both sides of each thigh, pressing gently to help it adhere.
