Slimming smoothie: yogurt + flax seeds + 1/2 banana + some spinach + ice cubes.

 

Chia-lin pudding: mix yogurt, flax seeds and chia seeds, leave to sit overnight.

 

Light parfait: yogurt + flax seeds + homemade sugar-free red fruit coulis.

Precautions and advice

Always use ground flax seeds: Whole seeds are not well digested and often pass through without effect.

 

Drink enough water: Fiber absorbs water, so stay well hydrated.

 

Control the quantities: This mixture is healthy, but rich. 1 to 2 servings per day are sufficient for weight loss.
