A month before my stroke, my body started to warn me. Here are the first symptoms. Full recipe in the comments. Enjoy!

We’re running around in all directions: work, family, obligations… and we often neglect our health. Our bodies, however, try to warn us long before things get worse. Sometimes subtly. Sometimes more directly. Until the day we can no longer ignore the signals.
I had a minor stroke—a micro-stroke—and I’m sharing this experience not to cause alarm, but to raise awareness. Because if you learn to recognize the warning signs, you can act in time.

But first, what is a stroke?

A stroke occurs when blood flow to a part of the brain is interrupted. Without oxygen, brain cells begin to die. The consequences can be severe: speech disorders, memory loss, paralysis, etc. The most common cause is thrombosis: a blood clot that blocks a blood vessel. This can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, a sedentary lifestyle, certain hormonal treatments, or simply by vascular age. Here are the 4 signals my body sent me… and I ignored them.
